Please note that our practice charges specialist rates. These rates might be higher than what your medical aid disburses.
Every consultation in our rooms is payable upfront, you will also be charged per follow-up consultation unless these are follow-up visits after an operation. (first four weeks).
You will receive a receipt and statement, this will enable you to claim back from your medical aid. In hospital accounts are forwarded to the medical aid electronically.
You will remain liable for amounts that your medical aid does not cover. You will receive a detailed quotation for scheduled surgery, make sure that you receive and review this.
